Misterio and Skora - AiRTouch

I found this amazing video surfing on the web a few days ago, and i remembered now to share it here. This is one of my biggest acomplishments in this sport, being able to do a feat video with the best freestyler in the world, Pawel Skora. I worked so hard to record the combos in this video, even though they seem so easy in the freestyle world of today. Back in 2008, things weren't as hardcore as they are today. Huge respect to Pawel for doing this video, and getting some time to record his footage. Here's the video, i hope you like it!

Learn Freestyle Football - LESSON 2

This sport has 4 categories and I'm gonna talk abit about them.

Lowerbody freestyle is about juggling and controling the ball with your feet. It requires alot of practice, ussualy more than in other categories. Many say that air combos offer most variety of tricks and combinations. You need alot of coordonation, speed and good moral. It may not look like the most spectacular part of freestyle for someone who dosent know much about this sport, but it is..

Upperbody freestyle is about juggling and mentaining the control of the ball by using your upper part of the body: head, shoulders, chest etc. You can have alot of fun while practicing upper moves and its definately a good way of impressing the public. It requires good balance and flexibility.

Sittdown freestyle is the part of freestyle where you juggle the ball with any part of your body. The only condition for this is to sitt down while doing this. It requires alot of practice and sometimes improving seems impossible. Dont worry, with a positive atitude soon enough you'll nail the basic sittdown tricks. Dont forget to have fun when you practice.

Groundmoves is the part of freestyle that resembles the most with football. It's more about football actually, but some freestylers took this moves to a higher level, so thats why few football players can really perform these tricks in a game.

Good freestylers are those who perform in their shows all these 4 categories (complete freestylers). Some freestylers choose to practice one or two categories, it's all about what suits you better. The best freestylers are those who take this sport to higher levels.
